Privacy Policy

When you send a booking request, contact message, or newsletter signup, we receive the details you type — your name, email, dates, and anything you add. We use that information only to answer you, hold your site, and send the updates you asked for.

We never sell your information. We share it only with the tools that run the park: our reservation inbox, our payment processor at checkout, and our email list when you explicitly subscribe. Each is bound to use it only for that job.

Newsletter emails always carry an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them. Booking and contact messages are kept as long as needed to serve your stay and meet tax record duties, then removed on request.

Cookies on this site are limited to the essentials — remembering your cart in the camp store and keeping forms working. No advertising trackers, no data brokers.

Questions about your information? Write to hello@tumbleweedjunction.com and a human on our crew will answer.
